Russell Shepard was once the top-rated dual quarterback out of high school in Texas, converted to wide receiver and played at LSU, and then seven seasons in the NFL. Shepard is now the founder and proprietor of Shep Boys Waste Management. Shepard spoke with Sports Illustrated's Robin Lundberg about his post-playing days and how he's grown his business.
